CONTENTS Editor’s letter WELCOME to the launch edition of Carrot Review , the ‘little sister’ of ‘Potato Review’ which has been servicing the industry for almost 30 years. Carrot Review has been launched in response to a number of inquiries we’ve had from suppliers and partners we’ve worked with over the years within the food supply and FMCG sectors generally. We hope it will eventually become as well-respected as Potato Review and its associated website. With regular input from the British Carrot Growers’ Association and AHDB, alongside other insights from scienti c, agricultural, consultancy and manufacturing sectors, we’re really looking forward to creating a regular sourcebook for the carrot-growing sector and will be welcoming any news, product updates, advice and knowledge you wish to share with the rest of our readers. We’re currently aiming to bring out four issues per year and are happy to share the very rst edition with you - we look forward to hearing your feedback!
