his delightful site is in a picturesque valley in the Devon countryside, only a few minutes’
walk from the beach and village, with an easy-to-access entrance. With 110 pitches, there
are some hardstandings and fully serviced pitches with 16-amp electric hook-ups. Newberry
Valley o ers peace and tranquillity and the excellent heated facility block provides well-
appointed shower rooms, washrooms and a bathroom, as well as dishwashing and laundry
rooms. Newberry Valley Park’s on-site shing lake and woodland walk provide a lovely
environment in which to relax.

he Minnows is conveniently close to junction 27 of the M5 and the A361 North Devon link
road, yet is pleasantly quiet and peaceful thanks to many trees and shrubs screening it from
the road. Central for the north and south coasts and Exmoor. Minnows features 59 hardstanding
16-amp electric pitches, 14 of which are full service and two can cater for RVs up to 11m. There’s
also a motorhome waste point. The site is set alongside the Grand Western Canal, which is great
for walking, shing and canoeing. You can enjoy safe cycling on the National Cycle route along
the towpath. Shops, pubs, public transport and golf courses are all within walking distance.
