nockalla lies in a stunning position – between the slopes of the Knockalla Mountains and
the sands of Ballymastocker Bay. The beach is a short walk from the caravan park and was
voted the second most beautiful beach in the world. The site has both hardstanding and grass
pitches with electric and scenic views. The facilities include toilets and showers, campers'
kitchen, self-service laundry, outdoor play area, tennis court and football pitch. A great
addition to the site is The Coastal Café & Flour Kitchen. Fresh home-baked bread and pastries
are available daily. The café serves full Irish breakfast and hot food to sit in or take away.

he location of this site, on the shores of Galway Bay, but with close proximity to the city, make
it an ideal location for touring this part of Ireland. Some pitches are right on the water’s edge,
with direct access to the walkway from the site along the seafront to the promenade. The small
town of Salthill is within walking distance and has a small sandy beach with a long promenade
and jetties where shing is available. There’s an amusement park and a leisure centre in the town
too. Adjacent to the campsite is a golf driving range, and the bus from the site entrance takes
you easily into the city.
