Club Camping If you belong to a camping club, booking in advance will give you the option of rallying with your fellow members. There are often up to 30 clubs hosting areas at each show so the choice is plentiful. Clubs regularly use their areas for welcoming newer members and socialising with existing ones, be it BBQs, breakfast or awards and presentations, there is always a gathering somewhere! Do you always go away with the same group of friends? Do you belong to an online group that hasn’t yet started rallying together? All you need to qualify for a club area is five or more units wanting to camp next to each other. If you have ten or more, the eleventh will qualify for a free marshal pass. This will then be issued so the marshal can arrive a day earlier (Wednesday) to set up the area, and mark out the amount of pitches required. BOOKING BENEFITS It pays to plan your year ahead as there are lots of reasons to book in advance, frompreferential pitch locations to savingmoney. Save on your pitch Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves! By booking in advance not only is your pitch guaranteed but you can also save up to £17 on your weekend break. Pre-booking is always £10 cheaper versus paying on arrival. In addition to this you can save £5 if you’re a subscriber to MMM/ Campervan/ What Motorhome or Caravan magazine plus another £2 if stay in a club rally area. Save on extras Your pitch price offers four nights of inclusive live entertainment, often made up of various choices across several venues. Saturday evenings are then supplemented with a ticket only performance featuring big name stars. If you book your ticket at the same time as your pitch, not only will you save money but you can be rest assured you’re not missing out. Headline shows often sell out before we even reach the show.
