Changing Faces CMYK / .ai CMYK / .ai CMYK / .ai acrjournal.uk 18 34 The last couple of months has seen a rise in interest across the industry on refrigerant legislation and the potential impact of a review being conducted by the European Chemicals Agency on PFAS chemicals and their definition. This could ultimately result in the UK flexing its muscles and taking advantage of leaving Europe to form its own process of change and reduce the potential impact on our industry. In this edition, Neil Roberts of Climalife helps to shed light on the situation with an overview of the process and its complexities. Also featured is Evotech and the results of its year-long study of CO 2 levels in schools. Elsewhere, Tim Mitchell of Klima-Therm explains why heat pump air handling units are key to providing temperature control with improved air quality, while Rebecca Smith of FridgeDIRECT and Beijer Ref Academy features as our latest Woman in ACR. With summer almost upon us, it's nearly time for the NACR&HP awards on June 22. It will be great to see everyone again and meet new faces. Please say hello if you see me there!
