14 Impact Report 87% of delegates rated the overall delivery of the panel sessions in the professional development programme at ISBA’s annual conference in 2021 as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’. This was a very well planned and executed conference, and my team can find no fault at all. We had a huge level of interest in our work and it was timely for us to engage with our existing clients after such a long period of remote working. Fantastic event.
