Method 1 In a food processor, blend all the ingredients for BBQ sauce 2 Place the jackfruit, plantain, peppers and mushrooms in a plastic food bag or dish bag with marinade and set aside for 30 minutes to 1 hour 3 Cook on the BBQ for 10 minutes, turning regularly until everything is tender. Tip: This marinade works really well on corn on the cob as well.
