03 Welcome SHOWGOER.CO.UK I hope you managed to stay healthy and were able to travel a little this summer. Warners successfully managed to hold five events in 2020. I’d like to personally thank every one of you that supported Warners, whether as a camper, a day visitor, or a trader. Warners were one of the first companies to successfully put on COVID secure events and this stands us in great stead for 2021. We will continue to work closely with local councils and venues whilst following the latest government guidelines to ensure we can maintain this accolade. I know a lot of you missed our brilliant entertainment evenings in 2020 so we’re really looking forward to their reintroduction for our 2021 season. We are happy we can offer safe and compliant performances for you to enjoy and are therefore thrilled to announce acts including Suzi Quatro, Slade and Jethro. I must stress that we may have to limit numbers at shows, in particular the capacity in the entertainment venues, therefore I urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. For 2021 we have introduced our ‘Warners Booking Guarantee’ to enable you to book with confidence…If the show is cancelled, we will offer a full refund or a transfer to another show. I thank those of you who left your original booking with us on events we were unable to hold this year, you should have already received an email or a letter informing you these bookings have been carried over to the 2021 showwhere relevant. You will find all the details about individual shows throughout this edition of Showgoer. We weren’t actually able to launch our Edinburgh event in 2020, but it is back in the calendar for 2021 and I hope you can join us in Scotland on the new date of 23 – 25 July. We learnt a lot this year and often found ourselves with thousands of customers to contact regarding booking/payment amendments. This was significantly quicker for us and the customer if the booking had been placed online, therefore we will continue to encourage this via www.showgoer.co.uk going forward. With this in mind you will no longer find booking forms within this brochure. If cheque payment is still your only option then please get in touch to request a traditional form. It is always cheaper if you pre-book a show, as a camper you save £10 per pitch and as a day visitor youwill save £3 per person. Alongwith the pre-booking discount you can also get another £5 off your camping pitch if you subscribe to one of our magazines (have a look at their offers on page 5). Please ensure you use your subscriber email address when booking to qualify for the discount, this way the £5 is deducted automatically. If you rally in a club area you can save an extra £2 off your pitch, see online if your club is rallying at the show. Let’s hope 2021 is a year when we can meet up and see some sort of normality returning. Get back to doing what we love.
