3. Tools Sustainability of the competition is paramount. One of our aims is to reduce the competitor transportation cost of tools and equipment at all events. We have secured sponsorship for the supply of certain specialist tools and equipment for use in the regional heats and final. Please observe the recommended tool list available on the competition web site. We recommend you liaise with your tutor/employer as to what hand tools you need to bring with you. 4. Competition Day Schedule Competitors are expected to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before induction starts. The competition aims to promote fairness and transparency, we reserve the right to prevent any late arrival competing. If you expect to be delayed in reaching the venue on time, please contact your Tutor in the first instance. Accommodation Should you require overnight accommodation; your sponsoring training provider / employer are to arrange and pay for accommodation. Expenses cannot be claimed from the competition organising partner. 6. Travel to and from the venue Competitors are responsible for arranging and paying for travel to and from the event. 7. Facilities, Meals and Refreshments The host venue will provide toilets and washing facilities and refreshments at the event. If you have any allergies, please advise the competition organising partner prior to the event date. 8. Place of Prayer All venues will have a place for prayer that you can access.
