22 Impact Report As a charity, ISBA continues to maximise its output for the benefit of its members, reinvesting all its income into further developing its support services, and ensuring that the smallest possible subscription cost is passed on to schools. In doing so, membership of the ISBA o ers schools unrivalled value for money. As we look forward to celebrating our 90th anniversary during 2022, our longstanding position as a leading voice for independent schools will be further cemented. We will direct our lobbying work and influence at sector (working collegiately with the ISC and its member associations) and government levels to provide the best possible representation and outcomes for our member schools, their sta , governors and pupils. We will continue to invest in a multi-faceted and agile professional development programme and regional services that will be increasingly tailored to the changing needs of di erent types of schools. The training provided through these services will lend foresight, knowledge and support to schools, helping guide them through both current and future operational and strategic challenges. We will also expand our recruitment service, helping fill both permanent and interim bursar roles, and will explore what further consultancy services we can o er. We will guide members through emerging issues such as sustainability, responses to the equality, diversity and inclusion debate and how to respond to the The support and accessibility from the ISBA during the pandemic has been first class, including the guidance, advice and the online forums. As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing trials this poses, our focus remains on doing what we do best: providing e ective advice, guidance and professional development for support sta in our member schools. Whilst no one can predict what the future may hold, as this impact report has demonstrated, ISBA is an agile and adaptable organisation. It has continued to ensure its services are flexible enough to meet (and indeed surpass) the ever-changing needs of its members throughout the last two years.
