52 Spring 2021 TRAINING O ver the past 12 months, and as a result of Covid-19 restrictions, HAE EHA has had to adapt its approach to training, and ultimately how this puts delegates on the roadmap to a career in hire. This includes the launch of a growing number of e-learning programmes and, more recently, a new partnership with Arden University, a learning institute which is well established within the construction sector and which offers degree and masters programmes to learners in over 150 countries around the world. Hire sector workers, of all ages and skill levels, and individuals joining the industry for the first time, can now gain qualifications starting at entry level and finishing with a full degree.
