Please send press releases and advertisements for upcoming features to: Theresa Geeson – theresag@warnersgroup.co.uk SUMMER 2021 RELAUNCHED FOOD RANGE WITH EVOLVED COMPONENTS Dustcontrol UK has relaunched its Good For Food equipment range for the food industry, enabling a comprehensive source extraction system. Those in the food and drink processing, packaging and pharmaceutical industries can benefit from the evolved range, which now includes stainless pre-separator and filter units. The relaunched range has been extended to include flap valves, suction brushes, flat nozzles, hose connectors, full stainless tubing system, joints, pre-separator, automatic shutter valves, and stainless steel filter units. Accessories are antistatic and ESD certified, which means they can be used in ATEX Zone 22, where dust explosions can occur. The brushes and nozzles are also approved for food surface contact and the system for food transport, being both FDA compliant and the European equivalent. The brush and accessories’ colour coding, covering five handle colours and two easily interchangeable brush colours, allows for different applications in the factory, different areas or even for different days of the week depending on need. In addition, their material composition makes them detectable via metal detector as well as being autoclavable up to 121 degrees Celsius, allowing for high-pressure saturated steam cleaning. The firm’s Good For Food range is designed to offer a source extraction system that can be fully integrated into the production process for recycling, or used as a centralised vacuum cleaning system. UPGRADED SNORKEL A62JRT ARTICULATED BOOM LIFT ENTERS UK PRODUCTION Snorkel™ is introducing an upgraded version of its popular Snorkel A62JRT articulated boom lift, which is now in full production in Snorkel’s manufacturing facility in the UK. Reaching a maximum working height of 20.8m, the Snorkel A62JRT is diesel-powered, rough terrain articulated boom lift, capable of lifting up to 227kg. Featuring a class-leading working envelope, the A62JRT boasts compact dimensions, zero tailswing and an ultra- tight inside turning radius, as well as powerful hydrostatic four-wheel drive for rough ground conditions. The upgrades introduced in January 2021, include a new Kubota V2403 Stage V/Tier 4 Final compliant diesel engine. When combined with improvements in the hydraulic circuits, the upgraded A62JRT reduces fuel consumption by up to 50%. WELFARE CABIN GENERATORS FROMMHM Temporary accommodation; offices, welfare, storage and canteens are used on most sites throughout the UK and Ireland. It’s also a fact that some welfare facilities are mandatory. The vast majority of these units will need power, and this power is usually in the form of a diesel generator installed within the unit. The MHM Group is an established and leading supplier of power generation machinery whose extensive range includes a line of products ideally suited for use inside temporary accommodation units. Each of these generators has been designed specifically to deliver safe, quiet power, with low-vibration. The MHM ‘Welfare Cabin’ range encompasses a power band between 4-33kVA, and includes standard, cube, compact and long-run options. Currently, only diesel powered units are available, although MHM already has advanced plans to supply welfare generators powered by LPG, Hybrid and Solar. However, they can provide roof-mounted solar panel kits which limit’s engine use, lower fuel costs and helps to reduce the site’s carbon emissions. • Waste and Recycling • Safeguarding Hire • Focus on Marquee Weddings & Catering Hire • Click and Collect Tool Hire
