astlerigg Hall is one of Britain’s most spectacularly scenic
campsites, set in the heart of the English Lake District. Its
elevated position provides wonderful panoramic views. The
facilities are of a high standard with under oor heating to one of
the toilet buildings, privacy cubicles, laundry and a bathroom. The
park’s shop is well stocked with fresh bread, milk, papers and a
wide range of other items. The restaurant on site is popular and
open six days a week, serving locally-sourced food, and a gallery
displaying local arts and crafts is open most days. Castlerigg Hall
is a pleasant 25-minute woodland walk to the centre of Keswick.

A
t the heart of the Lake District, in 25 acres of unspoilt natural
beauty, Park Cli e makes the hustle and bustle of modern
life nothing more than a distant memory. Highly commended
in 2012 by Visit England, and Cumbria Tourism Holiday Park of
the Year in 2011. All the touring and motorhome pitches are
on gravel hardstandings with electric hook-ups, water ll and
drain points. As well as a great location, the campsite features
play areas for children, games room, pool table, a bar, restaurant
and takeaway (open weekends and high season periods), a small
licensed shop and a laundrette. Private bathrooms available.
