Why?
Oily fish are a great source of omega-3 fats. These are a group
of essential fatty acids that we need in our diet for our bodies
to function well. They have a number of health benefits and
may help to reduce our risk of heart disease and maintain
good memory. Oily fish is also a great source of protein and fat
soluble vitamins A and D.
How much?
We should all try and
have two portions of fish
each week, one of which
should be oily and the
other white fish.

e all know how important it is to eat
healthily and there are plenty of ways you
can ensure you eat a balanced, healthy
gluten-free diet, keep to a healthy weight and get enough
of those all important vitamins and minerals. However,
every so often it is nice to be reminded of the virtues of
