New Local Group is celebrated
Members from across Cardiff came together in November 2015 to support the
setting up of a new Local Voluntary Support Group in the area. The event was
held at the Chapter Arts Centre and guests heard talks from Coeliac UK’s Lead in
Wales, Tristan Humphreys and Sue Hannaford, Head of Volunteering.
The evening was a great success and a number of Members put their names
forward to join the newly formed committee, helping to provide a much needed
support network to those with coeliac disease in the area.

2016 will see the launch of the Allergy &
Free From Show Scotland sponsored by
Genius Gluten Free. These events are great
Free From family days out, and this new
edition will take place in the SECC, Glasgow
on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 March and
Coeliac UK Members can attend for free.

talks on coeliac disease, Free From cooking
demonstrations and a chance to meet and
chat to the Coeliac UK team and obtain
