To keep improving our services for you, we’ve changed our Helpline number
from 0845 305 2060 to 0333 332 2033. Previously, access and service
charges have meant that call costs may vary depending on your provider,
although Coeliac UK has never received any income from this. With our new
0333 number, you’ll know what a call to us costs.
The new 0333 number costs no more than a 01 or 02 landline number.
If you’re calling from a mobile with an inclusive minutes package, your call
to us will come out of your minutes allowance. From a landline, calls to the
0333 number are charged at local rate.
We’re updating our materials with the new Helpline number so, for a
while, you’ll see both numbers on our publications. The new 0333 number
is now live but the old 0845 number will work for the time being to give our
Members time to move over.

Don’t forget, you can get access to all the

Over the last few months, thanks to
a very welcome Christmas bonus,
we have been back on small screens
with our Is it coeliac disease?
campaign. Two of our videos
highlighting the symptoms of coeliac
disease were each shown four times
an hour, in 1,500 GP surgeries across
the UK from December 2015 to
February this year.
We would not have been able to
